1. When powered on, do not touch the electrical part of the left space of the box by hand or wipe it with a wet cloth and rinse it with water. Cut off the power supply during maintenance.

2. Before use, be sure to check whether there is overlap and short circuit in the nickel winding wire.

3. Explosive, inflammable and volatile substances must not be put into the blast drying oven to avoid explosion.

4. The average load of the sample shelf shall not exceed 15kg.

5. The heating indicator light does not light up for three reasons: ① the bulb is broken; ② Poor bulb contact; ③ The heating system is faulty.

6. Turn on the heating switch without heating. There are generally four reasons: ① nickel chromium wire is open circuit; ② The switch is disconnected from the circuit; ③ The temperature control knob refers to the zero position (rotate the temperature control knob to the specified temperature scale); ④ The relay is damaged.

7. Pay attention to whether the power supply voltage used is consistent before using the blast drying oven. When in use, the grounding wire of the power socket must be grounded according to the regulations.

8. Objects shall not be placed on the shelf between the sample room and the heating room to avoid affecting the heat exchange.

9. The power cord shall not be wound on metal objects or set in high temperature or wet places to prevent rubber aging and electric leakage

10. Do not over squeeze the items in the box, and leave a space for natural convection of air, so that the moist air can accelerate to escape on the wind roof.

11. The temperature control fails for three reasons: ① the temperature sensing probe is damaged (replace the thermistor); ② The relay is damaged; ③ Other parts of the temperature control system are faulty (use a multimeter to detect the fault and repair it according to the situation).

12. Regularly check whether the silver contact of the temperature regulator is hairy or uneven. If any, the contact can be sanded flat with a spinning cloth before use, and it should be often wiped with a cleaning cloth to make it contact well (note that the power supply must be cut off). The metal pipes of the indoor temperature regulator should not be impacted to avoid affecting the sensitivity.

13. Do not put inflammables in the blast drying oven without explosion-proof device.

14. After each use, the power supply must be cut off and the inside and outside of the box must be kept clean. Hang corresponding standards after cleaning.
