1. The pressure stabilizing spring of the oil delivery valve has low stiffness or the cavity of the throttle needle is blocked. Main performance: each load can only reach a certain load. When the load can no longer rise, the oil output of the oil return pipe is large.

Solution: replace the pressure stabilizing spring with appropriate stiffness or clean the dirt.

2. The gap between the damping pin and the damping hole of the oil delivery valve is too small. Main performance: each load can only reach a certain load. When the load can no longer rise, the oil output of the oil return pipe of the oil delivery valve is large.

Solution: take out the damping needle and file a part of it with a file along the axial direction of the damping needle.

3. The belt driving the oil pump is loose and slippery. After loading to a certain load, it cannot rise again, there is no oil flowing out of the oil return pipe of the oil delivery valve, and the oil pump has no working sound.

Solution: loosen the motor fixing screws, adjust the position, tighten the belt, and then tighten the motor fixing screws. If the belt deformation is too large, it must be replaced with a new belt.

4. The viscosity of the oil used in the testing machine is too low (there is always oil flowing out of the oil return pipe of the oil delivery valve during loading). Generally, mineral oil with medium viscosity is used, which does not contain water, acid and other mixtures. It does not decompose at room temperature and does not become thick. If necessary, it can be measured with a viscometer. If the oil is used improperly, the valve and oil circuit will be blocked, and vibration or pipeline leakage may be caused. It is better to use oil according to the instructions.

5. The oil pressure system has serious oil leakage. The oil leakage of the oil circuit system usually occurs at the connections of the buffer valve, oil return valve, oil delivery valve, oil pump and pipeline. After padding, tighten the screws. If the sealing gasket is broken, you must disassemble it and replace it with a new one. Gaskets shall be made of red copper or aluminum alloy.
